In the power generation sector—particularly in steam turbines, gas turbines, and boiler systems—stainless steel parts often encounter high temperatures, cavitation, and particle erosion. Laser-cladded overlays are used on turbine blades, wear rings, bearing seats, and sealing surfaces to improve resistance to thermal cycling and mechanical fatigue. The precision of laser cladding helps maintain aerodynamic and sealing performance, which is critical for efficient turbine operation.

Chemical Processing and Pharmaceutical

Stainless steel components in chemical processing and pharmaceutical and food manufacturing must withstand corrosive media, aggressive solvents, and continuous cleaning cycles. Laser-cladded coatings are applied to mixers, reactors, pumps, and valves to enhance corrosion and pitting resistance while ensuring compliance with hygiene and purity standards. Marine and Offshore
